The nozzles can be sold separate or call us for a RGA#, to send in your own injectors to have the nozzles installed. Please take note, WE DO NOT REBUILD YOUR INJECTORS, WE INSTALL OUR PERFORMANCE NOZZLES AND BALANCE THE 1ST POP OFF PRESSURE OF THE INJECTOR. So if you have a problem with your current injectors, we do not fix them.

We have 2 different size nozzles in stock for the 96-03 TDI cars. The 205's (DSL520's) are good for approximately 22hp and the 216's (DSL502's) for approximately 30hp. The automatic transmission car's have a larger injection pump and will make more power than the manual transmission car's with a nozzle change. Customers should note the 216's can be a little smokey depending on setup. Most customers (especially the auto cars) will be happy with the 205's, while the the 216's are for the more aggressive driver.
