MAP Pricing (Minimum Advertised Pricing): Effective October 30/2008, Kinetic Motorsport has established a minimum advertised price ("MAP") on all Kinetic Motorsport Product. This policy applies to US and Canadian dealers and distributors.
The MAP for all Kinetic Motorsport products shall be listed on each Kinetic Motorsport price sheet for dealers and distributors. MAP pricing is established by Kinetic Motorsport for all Kinetic Motorsport products and may be adjusted by Kinetic Motorsport at any time.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Most new accounts will be handled on a Cash Only basis for the first six (6) months. During this period only the following options of payment will be accepted:
Pre-paid: Cash, PayPal, Credit Card
COD Shipments: Certified Funds only.
Net Account: Once a history of orders has been established and all appropriate paper work has been filled out, your company MAY be eligible for a Net Account. All net accounts will have monthly limits, and time frames in which all invoices are due: Paid In Full. Please ask your Kinetic Motorsport Representative about necessary qualifications and other requirements.

DROP SHIPMENTS: Prior approval and authorization must be given for Drop Ship Orders. All Drop Ship Orders must be pre-paid, unless you have an open account with Kinetic Motorsport All drop ship addresses MUST be e-mailed or faxed to Kinetic Motorsport prior to shipment.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special Orders are NON-RETURNABLE. Once a Special Order has been placed it is NON-CANCELABLE. Special or Sale pricing does not apply to Special Orders.
RETURN POLICY/ RESTOCKING FEES: No Returns on purchases over 90 days old will be accepted (excluding manufacture warranties). No returns on Special Orders. No returns on items not purchased from Kinetic Motorsport. Items that have been installed on a vehicle, or for any reason can not be resold as New cannot be returned. All returns must clearly show an RGA# on the outside of the package or they will not be processed. If you are unsure or unclear of the proper warranty process confirm with your Kinetic Motorsport Representative.
All Returned goods must have a prearranged authorization number and are subject to a restocking fee of 5% up to 5 working days and 15% thereafter. Any goods that are returned in used, or un-salable condition will be charged an additional fee of up to 10%
WARRANTIES: Some Warranty claims may take up to 60 days. Kinetic Motorsport on Manufacture Warranties will issue no credits until the returned parts are inspected and verified by said manufacturer. No Warranty will be issued if the defect was caused by customer abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All parts coming back for warranty must be returned with an RGA# clearly visible on the outside of the box
